Update to the Sale of Unit 916

Phoenix residents and owners will be happy to know we have a great new resident in the building who already has pride of ownership! The new owner of Unit 916, the short sale that sold in December, sent me an email this week to update me on good news for other unit owners:

The price reflected in the MLS is INCORRECT.

The actual price paid for this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner unit was in fact $575,000.

I’m not sure why the agent listed a subsidy reflecting a lower price, but she assures me while it would have been nice (who wouldn’t want a bargain!), she did in fact pay full list price for the unit.

Here’s the run-down again:

There is NOTHING to buy in Clarendon right now and people are DYING for something! If you’re thinking of selling your Clarendon Condo ANY time soon, please let me know! Obviously square footage, parking and storage units, as well as condition and finishes and floor level will impact the prices, but that’s a pretty good range for recent sales.
